Card price lookup by grade
The card screener is a free card price lookup for Pokémon and sports cards. Type a card name in the search box and every
grade of that card comes back with its current price: PSA 10, PSA 9 and raw by default, any PSA grade on request. Each price
is the median of the newest three recorded sales of that exact card in that exact grade inside the last 30 days, from eBay,
Fanatics Collect, Goldin and Alt, with outliers removed. A card that has not sold in 30 days shows its last sale and says so.
It covers every card with recorded sales;
the Pokémon card price hub and the set pages list them by set, and every card has its own
price page with full sales history.
What the card data shows
- Price per grade: the recorded-sales comp described above, the same number the deal finder prices live auctions against.
- Change over 30 days, 3 months, 1 year or 3 years: today's price against the same comp at that point in the past. One window at a time, chosen above the table.
- Sales in that window per grade, plus total sales in the last 30 and 90 days across all grades and the date of the last sale.
- Sets, eras, characters and categories: one price index per group built from every graded card in it, with the same 30-day, 90-day and 1-year changes.
Chart card prices side by side
Click any price or sales number to draw its line, or drag it onto the chart. Compare a PSA 10 against a PSA 9, two cards
against each other on their own scales, or a card against its set, character or category index. "% change" puts every line on
one scale; "Estimate" carries a card that has not sold lately forward with its index; "Share" exports the chart as a picture.
Card pricing questions
- How are card prices calculated?
- Each price is the median of the newest three recorded sales of that exact card in that exact grade inside the last 30 days, from eBay, Fanatics Collect, Goldin and Alt, with obvious outliers removed. If nothing sold in 30 days the last sale is shown and marked as such. Asking prices and unsold listings never count.
- Where does the card data come from?
- Recorded sales of graded and raw cards: eBay sold listings, Fanatics Collect, Goldin and Alt auction results, and PSA's own sale records tied to the cert number. Raw card prices follow TCGplayer market prices where a card is matched.
- How often are card prices updated?
- The screener rebuilds every three hours from the latest recorded sales. The card pages and charts read the live sales history, so a sale from this morning shows there first.
- Which grades can I look up?
- Every PSA grade from PSA 1 to PSA 10, half grades included, plus raw (ungraded). PSA 10, PSA 9 and raw show by default; add any other grade with the plus button above the table.
- Is the card price lookup free?
- Yes. Searching, screening and charting card prices is free with no account. Price alerts and deal notifications need a free account.
- Can I look up sports card prices too?
- Yes. Baseball, basketball, football, hockey and soccer cards are priced the same way from the same recorded sales; switch the category filter above the table.
