Common questions
- Signing in to the app. Enter your email and we send a one-time code. Codes expire after 10 minutes; request a new one if yours has.
- Alerts not arriving. Check that notifications are allowed for Cardboard in iOS Settings, that the alert is switched on in the Alerts tab, and open Recent in the Alerts tab: matches the hourly limit held back are listed there.
- A price looks wrong. Values come from recent graded sales and market data and can lag a fast-moving card. Tap through to eBay before acting on any number.
- Deleting your account. In the app: Account → Delete account. On the web, email us from your account address. Deletion removes your account, alerts, favorites and device tokens.
